Caring for Your Teeth
The team at Children’s Dentistry of Chattanooga believes in the importance of good patient education and they give personal attention to teaching children how to care for their teeth. Our hygienists work with each child, showing them how to brush and floss properly to ensure a lifetime of good oral health.
Many parents believe that kids don’t need to see a dentist until their permanent teeth begin to come in, but we encourage you to begin good dental practices with your children as early as one or two years old. Many studies show that keeping baby teeth healthy until it’s time for them to come out naturally is crucial to good dental health down the road.
