Dr. Goins is a board certified pediatric dentist who is actively involved in the community. He and his family live in the area and Dr. Goins is a native of Chattanooga. He attended medical school at the University of Tennessee and completed his residency at the University of Kentucky and Kosair Children’s Hospital. As a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Goins stays current on the latest progress in pediatric dentistry.

Children and parents are instructed about how to properly care for teeth and gums. The hygienists will show your child how to brush and floss properly to ensure a lifetime of good oral health.
Make an Appointment
Both Dr. Goins and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommend bringing your child in for their first visit shortly after their first birthday. The office is open for business on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with lunch from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
We know your schedule can change, but your appointment time is set aside especially for you, so please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment. We reserve the right to charge a fee for broken appointments with little or no notice.
Our office accepts most forms of insurance, and we attempt to provide you with a good faith estimate of your portion of the charges, but since insurance policies can widely vary, we can only estimate your coverage amounts. As a service to our patients, we bill your insurance company for services, but your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service.
